Before we meet, you fill in a short questionnaire: your business in a few lines, the one problem you want to solve, and what you’ve already tried. I read it carefully and come prepared.

The session
90 minutes on video, fully focused on your question. We dig into the real problem, look at your options and make a decision. You leave with a clear way forward and the first steps to take.

After the session
Within 48 hours, you receive a written recap with the decision we made and your next steps.

One specific problem. Pricing, a first hire, a launch that’s stuck, a difficult client, a tool stack that’s eating your time. If it keeps you from moving forward, it’s a good fit.
Is one session really enough?
For one well-defined question, yes. If we realise together that you need ongoing support, I’ll tell you honestly and we can talk about The Partnership.
Where does the session happen?
On video, on Google Meet. I’m based in Calgary, so you’ll see the available times in your own time zone when you book.
In which language?
English or French, whichever you prefer.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your session, directly from your confirmation email. Sessions can’t be cancelled or refunded.
