Bringing an online courses catalogue to life

Sarah runs PowHER ta carrière alongside a demanding corporate job. She came to me for a long-term strategic partner with two goals: structure and systematise the launch of her online courses, and bring her communication back to life.

What we did

  • A dashboard to run PowHER and plan the arrival of new team members
  • A launch process covering every step: sales page, materials, emails
  • Launch campaigns built on one repeatable structure
  • A yearly roadmap, then the action plan rolled out week after week
  • Recruitment of a new team member for social media

The result

Six online courses launched, more than 4,000 clients, and two new team members who run communication.

“Clémence is the definition of the Strategic Partner. She offers the right tools, the right solutions and the right processes, even when I didn’t know they existed.”

From selling time to selling a product

I’ve worked alongside Clara for three years, across every part of her business, from daily management to long-term projects. The one that left a mark: launching and automating her “a movie with your phone” offer.

What we did

  • Validated the outline of the offer with Clara and her business coach
  • Built the action plan to put it in place
  • Chose the tool to automate sales
  • Created the sales funnel and every automation for the launch and the campaigns that followed
  • Tracked results to improve the funnel after each campaign

The result

The offer now sells on its own, and we keep improving the funnel campaign after campaign.

“Clémence is a little bit like my second brain, with extra hands. She’s also my cheerleader, always here to hype me up, even when I feel like giving up.”

$32k institutional sale, after a $16k launch

Turning a signature workshop into a programme

Claire’s signature leadership workshop worked beautifully in the room, but it only reached the people in that room. We turned it into a semi-autonomous programme, so its impact could reach far more people. Four months from the first plan to the launch.

What we did

  • Strategic planning: roadmap, milestones and KPIs
  • Regular check-ins to keep the project on track
  • Programme content and the choice of tools
  • Operational advice to keep it efficient and profitable
  • Copy review and the website
  • Launch strategy and communication plan

The result

A $16k launch, then the programme sold to an institution for $32k. Claire keeps going in that direction, with room to focus on her next projects and an even bigger impact in leadership.

“If you’re looking for a true partner to help you take on ambitious projects with rigour, care, agility and pragmatism, I recommend her 100%.”

2 businesses one roadmap, one calm season

Elise Antsett

Two businesses, one calm season

Elise runs two businesses: luxury wedding planning, and communication consulting for wedding professionals. She came to me overwhelmed by carrying both at once.

What we did

  • A roadmap covering both businesses
  • Steering tools to run them with balance and peace of mind

The result

A calm wedding season, and a consulting business that grew alongside it.

$159k in European funding

Les Bocaux du Bistrot

Moving, growing and applying for European funding

Les Bocaux du Bistrot were among my very first clients, and some of the most loyal. When they decided to move to Savoie to expand their premises, we built their application for a European grant together.

What we did

  • Built the funding application and gathered every document
  • Collected quotes from partners
  • Brought local stakeholders on board
  • Followed the application through each review committee
  • Set up a new CRM and managed customer care
  • Supported the recruitment of an apprentice and a senior salesperson

The result

The European funding came through: $159k. Offices and production moved to the Alps, working with a network of local producers. Today the business thrives in its new region.

Idea → plan ready for a test phase

Génération XX · Siham Jibril

Turning a podcast into a new project

Génération XX started in 2016 as a podcast. In 2019, Siham wanted to grow it into a new project, and she needed to see clearly before committing.

What we did

  • Defined the outline of the project and structured her ideas
  • Worked out how to execute it
  • Contacted potential partners to budget a test phase
  • Built a retro-planning for that test phase

The result

Siham first chose to prioritise other projects. Today she runs Off Campus, evening classes in Paris, and the outcome of the thinking we started together.

“Very quickly, she was able to identify what was blocking my project and offered a concrete action plan.”
