The short version: this website doesn’t track you. I only keep what you choose to send me, I use it to work with you, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Who I am

This website is run by Clémence Tillerot, fractional COO and business consultant, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am responsible for the personal information collected through this site.

For any question about your data, write to me at hello@clemencetillerot.com.

What this website collects on its own

Nothing, beyond what any website needs to work. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by this website.

Like every host, my hosting provider, o2switch in France, keeps short technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

What you choose to share with me

  • Applications and project enquiries (The Partnership, Sur Mesure). The forms are hosted by Tally. I collect what you write in them, such as your name, email, website and details about your business, to answer you and prepare our call.
  • Clarity Session bookings. Bookings are handled by Cal.com and payments by Stripe. I receive your name, email and answers to the booking questions. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
  • The Moment of Truth quiz. The quiz is hosted by Tally. Your name, email and answers are passed through Make to MailerLite, which sends you your results and a short series of follow-up emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • The newsletter. My newsletter lives on Substack. When you subscribe, Substack’s own privacy policy applies.
  • Emails. When you write to me, I keep our conversation in my inbox (Google Workspace).

Why I use it

Only to reply to you, to prepare and deliver the work we agree on, to send you the emails you signed up for, and to meet my legal and accounting obligations. I never sell your information, and I never share it with anyone outside the tools listed above.

Where it is stored

The tools I use store data in Canada, the European Union and the United States. Each of them has its own privacy and security commitments, and I only use tools I trust with my own clients’ information.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require, usually six years. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you stop receiving them right away.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email me and I’ll answer within 30 days.

If you live in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies, and you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
